To change the world takes time; to change yourself takes courage
— R S Lowel

You may be working in a role, doing important work, and feel like an imposter.

You might be feeling overwhelmed with the expectations of those around you.

You might feel stuck, and that life should be different, but unable to make the changes.

You might feel swamped by changes, in your personal or work life, that you perceive to be outside your control.

coaching ethos

I don’t believe that it is always easy to separate the strands of our complicated lives into neat boxes for coaching purposes. Having spent the majority of my adult life working in, and around, a high pressure, emotionally charged work environment I have witnessed, and experienced, first hand the impact that work can have on “life” and “life” can have on work. Similarly I don’t feel that you have to be a self employed, instagram savvy, creative to feel the benefit of a flexible, fulfilling and imaginative career.

Because of this my coaching style is open and holistic. There are no set pieces or inflexible schedules. What there will be is space to talk, share and explore ideas, coupled with some serious delving into the “why”, “where” and “how”, and followed up by support and encouragement when needed. This follows the same approach regardless of whether it is supporting a team undergoing change, an organisation in a state of flux or an individual feeling lost and overwhelmed.

That sounds perfect. what next?

I’m not sure, but i’d like to know more.

Why don’t you spend some time reading more of the material on this site. The articles section contains writing about managing changes and the potential for considering things in a slightly different way. This is often as relevant to individual experiences as it is to widespread organisational change. I can also be found through the social media links below.
